God called the Fuentes to the Saltillo area to plant churches and preach to the farmers of the near-by villages of la Biznaga and la Presa. The Fuentes discovered a hidden valley between the two villages and prayed to God to give them the land for a camp. The farmers of la Presa donated 14 acres which was the hidden valley that they had prayed for.

Ground was broken for Praise Valley Camp on January 27, 2006, and the first camp was held in April 2006. The camp facilities have been utilized for children’s camps, family retreats, mission trip groups, preacher and teacher training retreats.
