Ernesto and Olga have dreamed for many years of having a clinic to help those with medical and dental needs, and that they may come to know Christ through providing for their needs. In 2006 FAME sent equipment and supplies for the clinic which sat at the border until it was finally released by the Mexican government in February of 2008.

In February 2009 the first clinic was finally ready to open in the rural farming village of la Biznaga, which is located southeast of Saltillo in the Sierra Madre Mountains. The location of this clinic allows it to serve several surrounding villages. The villagers pay a small fee for the care, services and medicines provided by the dentist and doctors. Dr. Esly Fuentes runs the clinic.

Ernesto petitioned the government to provide a pharmacy on the property of the clinic. In July of 2009 this request became a reality.
