The mission of WWHO is "To work in unity, in the will of God, to offer to all the love and compassion of Jesus Christ through effective outreach programs so that the world may gain abundant and eternal life in believing."

Since the beginning, Ernesto and Olga’s ministry hasn’t been to run a large number of programs, but instead to implement a project, program or entity and grow and teach it to become self-sufficient. They desire to teach people to fish on their own. They have been successful at this with the start of 2 Bible Colleges, several churches, prison ministries and a Christian radio station.
